These teaching sequences have the purpose of providing resources and strategies for teachers interested in creating learning environments for argumentation and inquiry in science classrooms. The tasks are designed in order to engage students in using evidence, building arguments and modelling about two topics: the model of gene expression and energy flow in ecosystems.
